-Director of Administration - Bill Johnson
The office of the Director of Administration is responsible for the general administration of the City of Fulton. As chief administrative officer, the Director of Administration is directly responsible to the Mayor and City Council for all operations of the City as well as implementation of policies and programs adopted by the Council.

-Assistant to the Director of Administration - Matt Harline
The office of the Assistant to the Director of Administration is responsible for Information Technology, Buildings and Grounds, Cemeteries, and for Tanglewood Golf Course. In addition, risk management, liability insurance and budget coordination are all performed through this office.
