Historic Preservation Commission The Mission of the Fulton Historic Preservation Commission is to work collaboratively with individuals and community groups to identify, preserve and protect the city's heritage and to educate the public on the value of historic preservation. In addition, the commission seeks to create an inventory of historic properties, to promote historical tourism and to generate pride in Fulton's heritage. Current Commissioners Dale
