SCHEDULE OF FINES

Your summons requires you to appear in person before the

Municipal Court of Fulton, Missouri on the date written on your

ticket UNLESS:

A)      You wish to plead guilty in writing and pay your fine and costs

         by mail or at the Traffic Violation Bureau at:

         18 East 4th Street (Fulton City Hall),

         before your court date: AND

B)  Your violation is one listed on this notice.

If you wish to plead guilty without coming to court and your

violation is listed, follow these steps:

1.         Sign your name to the “Appearance Plea and Waiver” on the

         back of your ticket AND

2.       Include a money order or cashiers check payable to:

        Fulton Municipal Court

        P.O. Box 130

        Fulton, Missouri  65251.

If you wish to plead not guilty, or you were involved in an

accident, YOU CANNOT PAY BY MAIL. YOU MUST COME TO

COURT AND PAY YOUR FINE THAT DAY.  Warning: If you fail to

appear in court or your payment has not been received by your

court date, A WARRANT WILL BE ISSUED FOR YOUR ARREST.

*ONLY THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS MAY BE PAID IN ADVANCE

OR BY MAIL WITH A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK.

SPEEDING IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH OVER THE LEGAL

 LIMIT REQUIRES A COURT APPEARANCE. 

NOTE:  ANY OFFENSE INVOLVING COLLISONS

REQUIRE COURT APPEARANCE.  With the exception of

the: seat-belt violation, no operators violation & not motorcycle

qualified all total fine amounts include the fine and court costs.

Court costs are $29.50.
